Gestion des Entreprises Inactives : D\u00e9fis pour le Centre National Du Registre Des Entreprises (CNRE)\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The first quarter of 2024 saw a resurgence of activity for Tunisian companies. 11,055 new registrations at the National Business Register Center (CNRE), spread across various sectors (companies, associations, liberal professions, craftsmen, traders) favored in particular by an amnesty for late payment penalties. However, the CNRE must tackle companies that have been inactive for 3 years or more, representing 54% of those registered (approximately 284,748 companies). Their existence limits the transparency of the register and poses significant financial risks, particularly related to money laundering and the financing of terrorism.<\/p>

The CNRE encourages the regularization of companies and participates through notification and monitoring actions to the owners concerned. In the event of non-compliance, the file is forwarded to the courts.<\/p>

Combating dormant businesses is crucial for a healthier and more attractive Tunisian economy. Regularization will allow for a better understanding of the entrepreneurial fabric and effective targeting of support actions.<\/p>

The CNRE works towards a transparent and dynamic entrepreneurial landscape, a guarantee of sustainable and inclusive economic growth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
